Downeast Community Partners Weatherization Services Request for Proposals (RFP)

Downeast Community Partners (DCP) invites competitive proposals from interested parties to provide weatherization services for income eligible residents living in Hancock and Washington counties. Weatherization services include the installation of cellulose and fiberglass insulation, air sealing, weather stripping, installation of bathroom and kitchen ventilation, installation of attic ventilation, and other like tasks specified by DCP to improve the energy efficiency of homes. Weatherization work will be performed on single-family homes, mobile homes, and multi-family properties. All interested parties may attend an informational meeting at 2 p.m. on June 21, 2022 at our Ellsworth office, 248 Bucksport Road. The pre-qualification application and the RFP package will be available at this meeting. You may request a package after this date.
