Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteer Drivers Needed!
Be a part of providing essential transportation for your neighbors.
- Help transport residents of Hancock and Washington counties to medical appointments and local shopping trips.
- Get reimbursed up to $0.50 per mile, nontaxable.
Requirements
- Complete training as provided.
- Must pass background checks.
Friendship Cottage is looking for volunteers!
Minimum of a 4-hour commitment on any given day, Monday-Friday.
Volunteers would help with the following activities:
- Socializing
- Reading
- Puzzles
- Outside Strolls
- Coloring
- Music
- Help with Friday barbecues
- Help with preparing lunches
Requirements
- Complete training as provided.
Must pass background checks.
