Community Needs Assessment Survey

As a Community Action Program (CAP), DCP is required to conduct a community needs assessment every three years.  It is important to us at DCP that we hear from as many members of the community as possible.  In order to help us reach everyone in Washington and Hancock counties, we have created a short survey which we hope that you will complete. The results of this survey will be used to make improvements in the services throughout Washington and Hancock counties.  Surveys should be completed by Friday, October 30, 2020 4:30 pm.  We estimate the survey will take 10 minutes.
