Today is DCP's fifth birthday. Born when two of the most venerable organizations in the state, the former Washington Hancock Community Agency (WHCA) and Child and Family Opportunities, merged in 2017, DCP is doing amazing work and has a BRIGHT future! This is just the beginning of the ways we will celebrate five years serving our communities throughout the coming year.
